CAR BAJAR VENTURES, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (hereinafter “CAR BAJAR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), is a pan-India car rental aggregator platform. Our website carbajar.com allows cab drivers, fleet owners, and agencies to register, list vehicles, and receive rental leads from users. We charge a commission on each rental transaction facilitated through the platform and transfer the remaining amount to the respective drivers or agencies.
Use of CAR BAJAR is permitted only to individuals legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law. Users must be at least 18 years old.
CAR BAJAR solely facilitates connections between users and vehicle owners/drivers/agencies. We do not own or operate vehicles directly. Responsibility for vehicle operation, safety, and legal compliance rests with the registered drivers or agencies.
Customers are eligible for a full refund if the booking is canceled within 15 minutes of placing the booking.
If a driver has not been assigned within 15 minutes, the customer will still be eligible for a full refund upon cancellation.
Once a driver has been assigned to the booking, the advance payment becomes non-refundable, even if the booking is canceled.
Cancellations made after 15 minutes of booking will not be eligible for a refund if a driver has already been assigned.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle unavailability or service issues from our side), a full refund will be provided regardless of the above conditions.
Users must return vehicles in the same condition. Drivers/agencies must disclose pre-existing damages. CAR BAJAR is not liable for disputes regarding vehicle condition, traffic violations, or insurance claims.
Users, drivers, and agencies agree to indemnify CAR BAJAR from claims due to vehicle misuse, legal violations, or false information. CAR BAJAR’s liability shall not exceed the commission collected for the relevant booking.
CAR BAJAR is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical issues.
Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities on the platform may result in suspension or legal action.
All content, logos, and data on carbajar.com are owned by CAR BAJAR and cannot be reproduced without permission.
User and driver/agency data is processed according to Indian privacy laws and shared only with authorized parties to facilitate rentals.
All payments may be subject to GST, TCS, or other applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
These Terms are governed by Indian law, including the Motor Vehicles Act and Consumer Protection Act. Jurisdiction lies with the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
CAR BAJAR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
CAR BAJAR is only a facilitator. Drivers, agencies, and users remain responsible for vehicle use, compliance, and safety.
